"Thank you"

By: Jason Loftus/Director/Producer, Ask No Questions (2020), Slamdance Documentary Feature Competition Finalist

"Thank you for your feedback (twice!) on our film last year. You were able to pinpoint several key areas we needed to strengthen to help our film reach its potential. After considering your input and making edits, ASK NO QUESTIONS premiered at Slamdance and has been very well received since! I really enjoyed working with you, and I look forward to collaborating again on my next project."

"Extremely illuminating"

by Mark Till/Lifesong Legacy Videography

"My hour tele-conference (with Daniel) was extremely illuminating. I was seeking a top-level documentarian who could clearly communicate with me….and he did. I felt he was genuinely interested in me as a student and was authentically curious about my film. Being I am a 35 education veteran, I know good teaching…this was the real deal."

"Master film class"

by Tim Bartell/Doggie Dream Productions (Hollywood)

"Coming out of the craze of shooting and having tons of disorganized footage, I was overwhelmed. Bringing it to Dan was like coming out of a storm into a safe harbor. He got us organized and focused and soon we were off and editing. I already knew Dan was very intelligent about film. But until we started working together I had no idea exactly how high is cinematic IQ was. Working with him was like taking a master film class."
